For mental health resources in many languages, please visit the NSW Government Transcultural mental health centre page.
In addition, many services in the community offer free counselling, crisis support, suicide prevention, relationship support, domestic violence and mental health services. Many of these services can be accessed over the phone, through web chat, email, online forums, and various information resources. You can request to remain anonymous when accessing these services.
If you or someone you know needs help, the NSW Mental Health Line offers professional help and advice plus referrals to local mental health services. It operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
