Support Services Available

For mental health resources in many languages, please visit the NSW Government Transcultural mental health centre page.

We deliver a variety of Wellbeing Events throughout the year to support positive mental health and help every student feel connected to our campus community. These events promote resilience, inclusion, and healthy lifestyle habits. Highlights include R U OK? Day, Wellbeing Café and Talk Café sessions, campaigns that celebrate cultural diversity, and activities focused on practical student wellbeing topics such as stress management, healthy eating, budgeting, and accessing support services. There’s always something happening to help students thrive.

In addition, many services in the community offer free counselling, crisis support, suicide prevention, relationship support, domestic violence, and mental health services. Many of these services can be accessed over the phone, through web chat, email, online forums, and various information resources. You can request to remain anonymous when accessing these services.
