- SIBT accepts the following English language results:
- Academic IELTS
- TOEFL (TWE for Fast Track only)
- Relevant high school English language results (in some countries only)
- Completion of an accredited Academic English program that is recognised by SIBT
- Satisfactory results in the Navitas English Placement Test
The following table can be used as a general guide to English admission requirements. Students who have English results below the levels listed require full-time English study prior to commencing their academic study at SIBT.

Notes:
- Students who are passport holders of Assessment Level 3 or 4 countries have different English requirements. This is due to Australian Government visa regulations. Please contact your representative or the SIBT team for further details.
- Students studying full-time English at CME or ACL will be assessed for English progression internally and do not need to provide updated English results before progressing to SIBT.
- Students on a Provisional Entry Program must take a Communication and Study Skills unit in addition to the required eight academic units.
